While many people over the years have lived long, healthy lives without using dietary supplements, the current nutrition status for most people may warrant the use of dietary supplements.

Many people use dietary supplements for the wrong reasons hoping that they have found the magic pill.

Supplements are a great way to ensure you get the optimal amount of the important macronutrients lacking in your diet as well as micronutrients which may enhance performance or have other properties.

I have been concentrating mostly on exercise so far on AskTheTrainer but I soon will be focusing on Dietary Supplement.
