Top 5 Best Exercises to Flatten Your Stomach
I just did my third top 5 list for my website’s homepage and it’s RSS feed. I’m pretty excited about the RSS feed because not only will it add interest to my site but most importantly it is very fun to write about.
At first I thought I would spend 5 minutes and change my homepage every week, but it is far superior to write a nice page and archive them to have a great archive of content.
This weeks I decided to take advantage of my video collection and write about what I think are the very best Top 5 best abs exercises for flattening the stomach.
I know amateur trainers and Men’s health readers will be quick to criticize me and say, “you can’t spot reduce,” but their juvenile minds miss the point. Of course you can spot reduce in the abdominal region or anywhere else but especially for untrained people, a good core and abdominal program can cause a drastic reduction in waist size due to tightening up completely lax and untrained muscles.
By the way if you want to subscribe to the RSS feed of AskTheTrainer my mega fitness site here is the link. Exercise Information
Going back to the writing top 5 lists. I got the idea from every website ever, specifically yahoo which really likes to distract me from reading my email with their catchy yet worthless lists of top 10 celebrity breakups or whatever.
I have so many ideas about top 5 lists I wish I could write about them now. Unfortunately I still have a bunch of pages to write which I already have on my site map. The last page I did was a fun concept page but my actual page about the best exercise music is kind of weak. The positive thing is I can still add to it.
I have almost 200 exercise videos on my Youtube channel now. I have been writing down the worthy exercises which I still need to do. It seems like everything but writing detailed keyword based content is the fun stuff. I guess that’s how it goes.
I previo.usly thought writing content would be easy for stuff like the best natural vitamin supplement but it is very hard. The reason it is hard, is because I don’t like writing stuff unless I’m 100% knowledgeable in it. Supplements are difficult because I don’t have a lab to test stuff and I just tend to rely on the trustable brands.
