Best Muscle Building Supplement

I just got done with a page about the best muscle building supplement for AskTheTrainer.com  I was planning on a short page but it ended up being pretty long.  I focused on the keyword best muscle building supplement but it was actually about 3 seperate supplements.

First was a product which I fell in love with called CE2 which is from a local San Francisco supplement brand MRI.  I liked it because there was no bloat like with creatine monohydrate and it was a bargain because one bottle lasted like 90 days or something like that.

I thought that creatine was the best muscle building supplement until I tried it in combination with L-glutamine which I have been taking for years.  Glutamine doesn’t have any super extraordinary qualities but you can really feel it help your muscles get pumped up.

It also seems that I never get sick when I take in around 20 grams of L-glutamine powder each day.  The best part about glutamine is you can mix it in everything and it doesn’t have any taste.

The last best muscle building supplement was whey protein.  I like whey because it is easy and fast and supposedly high quality protein.  You don’t have to kill an animal to get it either which is an added bonus.

I should be retiring soon because I really want to head to the gym tomorrow morning and get into a routine doing cardio in the AM.  I don’t have any distractions now that my pigeons are evicted and my baby pigeon is dead.  I wrote about that in my other San Francisco Personal Training blog.

  1. There is no such thing – it has been hyped a few years back but it went down the drain eventually. Why?consumers are fast enough to learn that it doesn’t work. Take your daily dose of protein shake and come up with a solid weight building program. That should do the trick

  3. Hey Mike, I came across your post while looking up info on health and training. There is a supplement out that is really a big breakthrough and has scientific backing. I wont give you a line of bull it is a direct sales company that sells it, but a buddy of mine gave me a month sample and the results were the first I ever had with a supplement that were good enough to have me buy it regularly. I’m currently training for my first triathlon and love the stuff for its recovery and endurance help. Everyone could use it and should at least try it for a month. MaxGXL is the name, feel free to do some research on it and if you buy go to my buddies site :) maxgxlout.com He probably will get a kick out of the fact that I posted this.
