San Francisco Personal Training - New Look for FitSF.com

Posted by Mike Behnken, MS, CSCS

I spent a good 3 or 4 hours today updating my San Francisco Personal Trainer page on my SF training website FitSF.com

From the beginning my brother who has a popular laptop website has told me that the colors were too dull and uninviting.

I agreed, but I didn’t really care because I was working on other stuff. Since I have been working on AskTheTrainer.com I have stopped putting new fitness information on fitSF so I decided to make the site more dedicated to prospective clients which was the point at the beginning.

I have been talking about my ADD for the entire time I have been blogging. I should be writing content for my site but instead I’m writing this blog post to remind myself to focus.

On a totally different subject, of course, I’m taking at least 1 client out tomorrow morning to a park to do a personal training session with the power sled. The power sled is a fun training tool, but is really only used for performance enhancement with athletes. The only thing that really is not cool about the power sled is that it requires moving a bunch of bulky weights to the park that I live 15 blocks away from.

I previo.us went to the park a few months ago. The workout was pretty tough for the ladies, and I assume it will be tough for the men as well.

I just uploaded another workout video on my youtube channel. It is my 166th video. I have had 48,450 video views and currently have 43 subscribers. I would say Not Bad for just a little over a months work. I plan to take my canon camcorder out tomorrow. So far I’d say I’m impressed with the HG10 and the video quality. I was kind of disappointed when I uploaded a video onto youtube from the beach on a clear day and youtube video quality was below average.

I decided I will post every day in this blog a page which I am working on for my new website. It is almost 11pm and I haven’t started, but I will work on a page about the Best Lower Back Exercises.
