San Francisco Personal Training

Posted by Mike Behnken, MS, CSCS

I am Wondering why “the smartest people in the world” May be not all they are cracked up to be.

I created a new wordpress blow which is specifically designed to experiment with how the world’s biggest search engine, and one of the biggest companies’ algorithm works.

My blog San Francisco Personal Training I created specifically to test Google’s Algorithim.  All this is in addition to working on my website all day long when I wasn’t training clients.

I posted a few new videos on my Personal Training YouTube Channel which brings the total up to 71.  I don’t know if this sounds like a lot, but its only a fraction of what I have planned.

I added 5 new pages, well, really the shell of pages to AskTheTrainer.com which is 71 pages concidentally.  I have only 18 pages done, so now besides the personal training and video shooting with my Canon HG10 Camcorder I will be doing a lot of typing.

I was supposed to go running tomorrow with an old client of mine, but I had to cancel because I will be personal training clients during that time.  It may be a good thing, because he’s became quite the runner and finished a few marathons with good times, while I’m been a web warrior.  We were supposed to start at ATT park or whatever it’s called.  I live at

FitSF.com

So starting from here to meet him, I’d probably be out of breath already and we wouldn’t have even started running/jogging yet.  Maybe Thursday.
