Momentous Day Personal training in San Francisco

Posted by Mike Behnken, MS, CSCS

Well it wasn’t actually a momentous day of training but it was a momentous day nonetheless. I finally took my canon HG10 which I got a good deal on and brought it to the gym to film some exercises. The video quality is absolutely amazing. I was messing around in my apartment and zooming in down the street and noticed details on treasure island which is probably 5 miles away. It turns out I was recording at less than 1/2 of the capable quality. Today I cranked it up to 15 MBPS and it was amazing. I really need a boom mic and hdmi cable would be nice too. Could use on a social network such as Previo.us

I started one of my secret web projects today. I paid a web designer to start it even though they have few details. I’m starting to get refining details to pop in my head. I think the key is to write things down. I didn’t train many clients today but I really got a lot done. I studied some Kanji for my Japanese class and I started editing the Javascript menus for AskTheTrainer.com I still am not done. I also got elevated to platinum status on ezinearticles.com
