Which Product is Most Likely to Collect Dust?
I bought that product today. According to CNET most camcorders which are bought are seldomly used and end up in the closet. I bought a Canon hg=10 which is a hard disk drive (40gb) based High Definition 1080i video camera. I read all the rave reviews by the CNET staff and the people visiting the site and I was sold. I got a good deal from a website and I’m ready to start shooting.
Well, I still need many photos and videos I have tried and find them to be very difficult. I think I have everything I need to get my website to where I want it. The time required will probably be up to a year to get everything perfect. I still haven’t decided if I will put out my new site AskTheTrainer.com while I’m creating it, or wait until I’m completely done.
I’m leaning toward publishing it and promoting as I go, because I know it will take a while to get listed in the search engines and publicized, etc. I plan to use my new camcorder to film some personal training videos unlike most on youtube. Most videos on youtube feature shirtless guys showing off their bodies rather than a fitness professional personal trainer. I have to find clients or somebody that has good form and would like to do a workout video.
The camcorder got good reviews about it’s image stabilization feature which I will need for action videos. The HD quality I figured would be a good idea for future use. I just hope I get in the gym and have a solid idea of what I want to do and get some great videos. I want to show the people at CNET that my camcorder is not going to be one of the 80% that collect dust.
